It is my pleasure to welcome you to our inspirational community school. At Croxteth Primary we offer every one of our pupils the highest quality education in a safe and stimulating environment. We strive to develop confident and well-rounded children, who are happy, and well equipped to deal with the challenges of the twenty-first century.

Each child is encouraged and enabled to reach their potential. We aim to provide life-long learning, respect for themselves and others in a warm, nurturing atmosphere where pupils, staff, parents and governors “work together to make a difference” to the quality of our children’s lives.

OFSTED said this about our school in February 2012:

Our school is a “satisfactory school which is steadily improving”, where “pupils enjoy school, have good attitudes to learning, work hard and... have fun”. In our school “expectations of pupil’s behaviour are high” and pupils behave “extremely well in lessons and around the school.”

In November 2013, OFSTED said this about our school:

“This is a good school” where “partnerships with parents and other organisations are exemplary… pupils behaviour is good and they feel safe in school... all staff are fully committed to improving outcomes for its pupils… and Governors are very committed to the school and the wider community.”

Mrs. E. Hunter, Headteacher.

We regularly update our website, so please keep coming back to check. We hope that you find the content we have available on the site interesting and that it gives you an insight into life at our school. If you would like any more information about Croxteth Primary then please contact us!
